  • Michael Messina

    Director/Physiotherapist

    Michael is a Macarthur local and has worked as a physiotherapist in the region for almost 10 years.

    Graduating from Australian Catholic University in 2016; Michael quickly developed a passion for sporting injuries and post operative rehabilitation.

    He has worked with a number of professional sporting organisations including the Cronulla Sharks, NSW Waratahs and Australian Sevens Rugby Program.

    He is currently the National Academy Physiotherapist for the Australian Rugby Sevens Program.

    Michael’s passion is bringing the physiotherapy services he provides to elite athletes to the local community and ensuring they receive the best care.

    If he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Michael watching any sport he can find but it’s probably a Manchester United game or out for a run with his dog Hugo.

  • Chris Talese

    Physiotherapist

    With his love for sport, Chris fell straight into our team well with his experience working in the National Premier League Football System.

    Chris graduated from University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2017; and then a Post Graduate Masters in Physiotherapy from Sydney University in 2019.

    Chris has a passion for anything sports related and working with all aged athletes to get them back to their sport of interest or just back to the things they enjoy most. Chris has also worked closely with surgeons in post-operative rehab and enjoys helping people return to their full capacity after surgery.

    In the clinic you’ll find Chris working with his patients through various treatments and exercise programs. Outside of work you will catch him down the local fields playing oz-tag and golf or most likely, enjoying the restaurants around the area.

  • Christian Alberto

    Physiotherapist

    Christian’s passion for helping athletes of all ages return to their sport and patient-centred care approach makes him a valued member of our team.

    Since graduating in 2021 with a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, he has dedicated his time assisting individuals recover from surgery, manage their acute and chronic pain and has helped athletes improve overall performance on and off the court.

    Christian ensures to challenge his patient to get the best out of them whether it would be with sport or life in general. His holistic approach ensures he works towards achieving your short and long term goals.

    On his days off, you’ll find Christian playing basketball and fishing or on his lazy days, watching all kinds of sport and exploring new eateries in the area.

  • Andrew Colosimo

    Physiotherapist

    Meet Andrew, a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve optimal physical health and well-being. Graduating from Western Sydney University in 2023, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.

    Driven by a love for exercise and sport, whether you’re recovering from an injury or striving for peak performance, he works tirelessly to tailor treatment plans that not only alleviate pain but also enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.

    Beyond the clinic, Andrew is currently the Assistant Physiotherapist for the Western Sydney Wanderers A-League Women’s team.

    Come the weekend, you’ll find Andrew exploring the countryside in his 4WD and camping out under the stars in his swag. He also has a passion for Motorcross having been an assistant physiotherapist for the National Supercross Championships.

  • Hayley Simmons

    Physiotherapist

    Hayley is a passionate female physiotherapist who brings a wealth of knowledge and care to her practice. With a strong background in sports physiotherapy, Hayley has worked closely with several professional sporting organisations, including the NSW Swifts, QBE Swifts Academy, Netball NSW State Teams, and the Wests Tigers NRLW and Tarsha Gale squads.

    Hayley has recently graduated from UTS with a Masters of Physiotherapy, having already completed a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science.

    Her interests include working in and contributing to the growth of female sport, as well as helping patients reach their goals and get them back to doing what they love.

    When she’s not on the field or in the clinic, you'll probably find her out in the sun reading a book, dancing at a concert with her friends or spending time with her family at a local cafe, *Oat cap please!*.

  • James Lindsay

    Physiotherapist

    James brings with him a wealth of experience in professional rugby league and a keen interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and athlete development.

    James graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is currently the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Harold Matthews (U17) Physiotherapist and the Bonnyrigg White Eagles FC Head Physiotherapist. He has previous experience with St George Illawarra Dragons, Oakdale Workers and Macarthur Rams.

    James is a fan of all sports, in particular cricket where he plays for Campbelltown-Camden Ghosts and is Elite Edge’s number one cricket supporter.
